In this unique shared experience, we blend the calming practice of Yin Yoga with the reflective power of spoken word. As we move through slow, deep stretches, you’ll be invited to connect with the stillness of your body and mind, allowing space for poetic words to resonate. Through carefully selected poems and meditative moments, we’ll explore themes of presence, vulnerability, and self-discovery. This workshop offers a soothing, creative journey where movement and words come together to inspire peace, reflection, and inner connection.

You will receive a printed anthology of all poems read during this blissful experience.
